Why plastic core trays over timber or cardboard?
Plastic trays do not rot, splinter or collapse when wet, they stack square and label cleanly, and they last in the core shed and the field. Timber and cardboard are cheaper up front but degrade fast.
Can the trays be stored in racks?
Yes. They stack square in core-shed racking and on pallets for transport, which keeps runs in order and protects the core.
